Download and print the Milk Temperature Survey Worksheet (PDF) and give it to your School Nutrition Director or Cafeteria Manager so he or she can record the temperatures of your school's milk and milk cooler. When the school Nutrition Director or Cafeteria Manager enters this information on our Web site, your school is automatically entered into a drawing for a Free glass door merchandiser cooler!
